A responsive pre-cruise planning experience designed to help guests manage and personalize their upcoming vacation after booking. Guests can explore onboard activities, reserve dining, purchase upgrades, and stay informed throughout the journey leading up to embarkation.
Built as a cross-platform experience, the product aimed to create consistency between mobile and web while making trip planning feel intuitive, accessible, and engaging across every device.

To bridge the gap between web and mobile, the Booked Guest Experience was redesigned responsively to create a more cohesive and consistent cross-platform identity.
By translating mobile-first interaction patterns into scalable web layouts, we created a more intuitive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
OUTCOME
We designed a cohesive booked guest experience that removes friction across web and mobile, giving guests a single, intuitive way to manage every part of their reservations. This creates a more seamless and consistent journey no matter where they interact with the product.
Guests can now easily view, modify, and track all reservations in one place, increasing clarity and confidence throughout their trip planning. The unified experience reduces confusion between platforms and supports a smoother end-to-end journey across devices.
